I am Venkata Ramana Kaparapu, Chairman and Managing Director of Dharani Siri Developers. With a strong foundation in banking and financial services and a deep passion for real estate, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey to create a brand built on trust, transparency, and long-term value.

Born in Srikakulam district and educated primarily in Vizianagaram, I completed my B.Com (Computers) in 2008 and an MBA in 2010. Over the next decade, I worked with reputed institutions such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Federal Bank, and HDB Financial Services, serving as Operations Head.

In 2019–2020, driven by a vision to contribute meaningfully to the real estate sector, I founded Dharani Siri Developers. Today, we are committed to delivering dependable real estate solutions that help families and investors build a secure future.
